Doc's Sports may remove deactivate any Doc's Sports account at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content), or at our sole discretion.

You understand and agree to accept this agreement is, legally, the same as manually signing this Agreement. Docsports.com reserves the right, upon notice to you, to change or terminate this Agreement. You agree that your use of docsports.com after notice of change to this agreement within shall mean that you accept the changes. Changes required by law, however, will be effective immediately.

As an independent and self-directed investor or sports bettor, you acknowledge that you, alone, shall be responsible for determining the suitability of your betting choices and gambling strategies, and you understand that docsports.com is a professional sports prediction service and betting system. Docsports.com staff shall assume no responsibility for gambling choices or determinations. You shall not hold docsports.com or any of its employees or affiliates or the Staff liable for your gambling decisions. The Staff cannot advise you or comment concerning the nature, risk or suitability of any betting or gambling strategy. You also recognize that docsports.com does not offer legal or tax advice.

Docsports.com and the staff are not liable for any damage or loss, including but not limited to, any loss of profit, which may arise indirectly or directly from use of the handicappers or advisors at doccsports.com.  Additionally, you agree that no fiduciary relationship is formed and no fiduciary duty is owed to either party of this agreement, by virtue of your purchase. You represent that you are of the age of majority as defined by the laws of the state and or country of your home of record in order to enter into this agreement and be bound thereby.

Docsports.com is for your personal use only. You shall not distribute copy, reproduce, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything from this website.

All materials on docsports.com, including but not limited to audio, images, software, text, and video clips, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You shall not use the materials, except as specified herein. You agree to follow the instructions on docsports.com, limiting the use of the materials. Any unauthorized use of the materials on docsports.com may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes.

Docsports.com makes no representation or warranty regarding its compliance with local laws in foreign jurisdictions, or regarding the appropriateness of the website's content or its compliance with such local laws. You understand that the docsports.com site is the only means of accessing sports predictions from our handicappers and systems.  You agree that docsports.com shall not be liable for any losses or damages you incur as a result of the unavailability of the docsports.com website from foreign countries.

You agree that docsports.com will not be liable to you or to third parties for losses incurred directly or indirectly by causes reasonably beyond its control, including but not limited to, government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, wars, strikes, terrorist attacks, exchange or market rulings, interruptions of data processing services or communications, disruptions in orderly betting on any market or exchange, unauthorized access or operator errors.

You agree that docsports.com will not be liable to you for any losses or damages incurred by you (including lost profits, betting losses and similar damages) during periods of market volatility, peak demand, systems upgrades, maintenance or for other reasons.

Additionally, you understand that the docsports.com website is the primary means of processing your purchase and that, in the event of an interruption of communications systems or other hardware or software malfunction, access to view your purchase could be delayed. In the event of a significant outage, docsports.com would not be liable for any losses or damages you might suffer as a result of such delays.

By purchasing from docsports.com and agreeing to these TERMS OF USE, You agree to receive all communications from docsports.com via the World Wide Web or e-mail. This will include, but not necessarily be limited to, confirmations of transactions, purchase statements, financial statements, notices of modifications to docsports.com TERMS OF USE, and other basic communications. Communications sent to your e-mail address or provided through the website must be retrieved and read promptly. All communications sent by docsports.com by any means will be deemed to have been received by you. You agree to advise us promptly of any changes to your e-mail and/or mailing address. You agree that your use of the docsports.com picks/predictions will be licensed to a single (1) user. In case you share your access with a 3rd party - your account may be terminated automatically.

Newsletter and SMS text messaging services
To unsubscribe to our newsletter subscribers can simply click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter.  To unsubscribe from text messaging service either for free or paid service reply to any text with the word STOP, HELP or AIDE.  You can also contact service@docsports.com or call our office toll free at 1-866-238-6696. 

Refund and Guarantee Policy
Once a product or service has been purchased and delivered or viewed, there are no refunds. In most cases Doc’s Sports does in fact guarantee its services. A guarantee is usually the result of incorrect predictions in which case individual accounts will get extended for an additional period of time. If you purchase a $30 top football game and it results in a loss a $30 credit will be put back into your account. One day package for all other sports can also have the option of a credit vs getting your account extended. All other services and packages will be reviewed and accounts will be extended at the sole discretion of the staff at Doc’s Sports.

Indemnity
You will indemnify, defend and hold harmless Doc’s Sports, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers and employees from any liability, damage or cost from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your access to this website, use of the Service, violation of these terms of use by you, or the infringement by you, or any third party using your account or Doc’s Sports username and password, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Limitation of Liability
In no event should Doc's Sports, it's affiliates or it's licensors be liable under contract, tort, liability, negligence with respect to the site, the service or any content for any lost profits or special, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever.  Under no circumstances will Doc's Sports be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering or other unauthorized access or use of of the service, website, or your account.

Do not share your user name and password. If we notice excessive log ins from different computers with the same user name and password your account will be canceled with no refund.
