This guy has allowed 201 runs in his last 320 innings of work – not great! – and he should get worked over again here. The Brewers have won six of seven heading into Wednesday’s action and I think they will stay hot against one of the worst teams in the league. Both teams have their work cut out for themselves playing in the National League East with payrolls that aren't anywhere near the other three teams in the division. The Nationals have yet to win a game on the road, but I think they will do so in this matchup. Mitchell Parker has impressed in winning both of his starts against some tough competition against the Phillies and Diamondbacks, as those two teams pose a much bigger offensive threats than the Marlins. Parker has allowed just one earned run over 12.1 innings, and I think he can have that continued success against Miami, who has scored the third fewest runs in the National League. Cal Quantrill is scheduled to take the mound for the Marlins, and he has had one good start against the Braves while being beat up on by the Mets in the other start. Quantrill gave up 3 earned runs in both starts against the Nationals last season, and I think he will allow at least that many in this one, which I think will be too much for Miami to overcome.
