DOC’S SPORTS NHL is off to one of the best starts of any hockey handicapper in the nation in 2024 with more than +6,800 profit on the young season, and they are heating up again with a 3-0 run the last two nights, including a 7-Unit sharp winner with the Sharks puckline on Tuesday (Sharks won 2-1 in OT). They are now on a 15-6 run for NHL picks rated 6-Units up, and they won their 8-Unit NHL Totals Game of the Year last week. The 49ers return home here to face a Chicago Bears team that's dropped six games in a row and who also fired their head coach after their Thanksgiving Day debacle in Detroit last Thursday. The Bears did show some fight in that game, but some of that was expected as they were playing on national TV and were going up against a divisional foe (Detroit) who's arguably the top team in the NFL. Added all up, and I wonder just how much effort and enthusiasm the Bears will have here in this one traveling across the country to face a desperate opponent and also having two big divisional contests on tap after this game here.
