ROBERT FERRINGO is coming off back-to-back winning football weekends and is looking to build some serious steam. Robert has posted seven of nine winning college football weekends, generating +4,200 in profit with his college picks. Detroit is now 6-3-1 on the season and playing excellent hockey. Florida is 4-3-1 on the season and 1-2 on the road. In their two road losses, Florida has lost by an 8-4 margin to Minnesota and Winnipeg. Florida has struggled to put the puck in the net this season, ranking 21st in the NHL in goals per game, averaging just 2.86. Detroit currently ranks third in the NHL in goals per game, averaging four. This season, Detroit is 3-1-1 at home. Florida had a dominant hockey team all season, but their biggest challenge was always road games, where they went 19-19-3. Detroit is performing really well right now, and I expect them to win this game in a close-scoring duel. Free EPL Soccer Prediction From Doc's Sports:

Take Wolverhampton (+100) over Sheffield United (11 a.m., Saturday Nov. 4)

We were on the Wolves on Saturday vs Newcastle as we took the half goal on the spread and they scored a draw at home. We will go back to the well here for this underrated squad. Saturday was their fourth straight match where they earned points. That includes the draw vs Newcastle and an outright win over Manchester City. Now they play in a very winnable road match here at Sheffield. United is easily the worst team in EPL and it looks like this will be a short visit in EPL as they will likely be relegated again at the end of the season. They have only a single point on the season in 10 matches. Their goal differential is five goals more than the next worse team. They lost 8-0 to that same Newcastle side recently in a home match and they have had only one match in their past five where they kept the score within one goal. The Wolves have won three straight meetings without surrendering a goal and hold a +6-goal differential in those matches, and they won 2-0 the last time they visited Bramall Lane. Take Virginia (-2) over Georgia Tech (2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 4)

The first aspect to consider about this ACC encounter is why a 2-6 Virginia team is favored over a 4-4 Georgia Tech crew. Here you have to think like an oddsmaker and try and understand their thought process. Though the Cavaliers might only be 2-6, they have covered the spread in each of their past five outings. Virginia upset then-unbeaten North Carolina on the road two starts ago and almost did the same last week, taking Miami to OT away from home before falling. The Cavaliers have lost three of their last four ACC games by three points each and are playing very competitive football. Georgia Tech upset the Tar Heels last week at home 46-42 as 11.5-point underdogs, and that raw emotion could work against them on the road. History shows us the Yellow Jackets have struggled for years in Charlottesville at 2-13 SU and 3-12 ATS. The Decider is: Play Against a team like Georgia Tech that averages 6.2 or more yards a play, against a team with a mediocre defense (5.6 to 6.2 YPP allowed), after allowing 6.75 or more yards a play two consecutive games. Northwestern's offense is ranked 101st in the same metric. The Hawkeyes can't run or pass and are 133rd in total yards per game, dead last, while Northwestern's offense is only 12 spots higher. Finally, Iowa and their opponents have averaged a combined 28 ppg the last 28 times the total has been 42 or less. And the Under in Iowa games are 10-1 after a home game with an average of 26 ppg. I’m going to buy low on Arlington and sell high on Oral Roberts. Arlington has a new head coach, K.T. Turner, and he brought in a host of transfers to upgrade the talent on this team. The new backcourt of Phil Russell and DaJuan Gordon both have a wealth of experience and should be ready to go from the jump. Oral Roberts has lost lot of talent the last two offseasons, including all-time stud Max Abmas. You don’t just replace a guy like Abmas, who averaged 22 points per game or more the last three years. The entire offense was focused on him. Oral Roberts also has a new coach, and they also lost 7-foot-3 center Conor Vanover. ORU has not been good early in the season any of the last few years. They are 3-27 SU against Top 300 teams prior to Dec. 15 each of the last five years. In 2019 they beat James Madison on a neutral court. In 2021 they beat Tulsa at home. Last year they beat Liberty at home. That’s it. That’s the extent of their wins over Top 300 teams the last five years. I don’t expect it to go any better here on the road, with a new coach and without Abmas. Arlington won’t be pretty but they should be able to get one here.
