From the standpoint of desire, Cal is probably happier to keep playing and be more excited. The Bears do turn the ball over more regularly, and I’m impressed enough to know to become bowl eligible they had to win their final two games on the road, while the Red Raiders were 2-4 SU away from Lubbock. Tampa Bay's run game helps to open up their special sauce, which is the pass game with Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans, and Chris Godwin. After beating Atlanta on Sunday, you might easily predict a new spark for this Tampa Bay club. With postseason aspirations still alive, a squad with the talent to turn their season into something special, and a fantastic coach, I like Tampa Bay to cover the spread against Green Bay.
