ROBERT FERRINGO is on a healthy +6,600 run on the NBA hardwood and will have an 8-Unit NBA Play in the conference finals. These two teams played in Chicago last weekend, and Dallas Keuchel’s turn in the rotation led to a 3-2 White Sox win. That score is a misrepresentation of how that game was played, though, as the teams combined to go just 3-for-17 with runners in scoring position and the teams left 19 runners on base. Keuchel still has an ERA approaching 6.00 and has barely struck out more guys than he has walked. He is also in danger of losing his spot in the rotation. This is New York’s second crack at Keuchel in a week, and I think they are going to beat him up. The Yankees have been averaging 6.2 runs per game over their last 21 games and have gone ‘over’ in six of their last eight. Their offense is clicking, and I think they will tear up Keuchel and threaten to beat this total all by themselves. Minnesota will be looking for some revenge after Kansas City won the previous series 2-1 in some close, competitive games.
