If you aren’t following his plays in MLB, you have missed out on a +12,000 bankroll boost to start the season. In the octagon, Shiva has won seven straight 7-Unit Plays over the last seven weeks (+5,055). He is 15-8 for +5645 with his last 23 overall and will have more this week. Korean Baseball has been another hot sport for the Cowboy as he just completed a Golden Week and is currently on a 12-2 run for +3130. On the golf links, Shiva is on a 6-4 run for +800 and just missed going up by even more with the 1cm miss by Zalatoris on the 18th green last Sunday at the U.S. Open. Join him in all of those sports, and look forward to the Cowboy starting up soccer in July as we look to make a big run there as well. Free MLB Prediction From Arun Shiva:
Take St. Louis over Milwaukee (3:30 p.m., Thursday, June 23)
Dakota Hudson earned the win over Boston on Saturday, pitching five innings and allowing two runs on four hits and five walks while striking out three. He threw only 50 of 93 pitches for strikes and allowed a season-high five walks, but he limited the Red Sox to two runs to pick up the victory. The right-hander has issued multiple free passes in 10 of his 13 starts this season and has given up 32 walks overall (tied for third-most in the majors), but he has nonetheless managed to post a solid 3.31 ERA. Much of Hudson's success has been centered on his ability to keep the ball in the park -- he has surrendered only four long balls across 70.2 innings in the 2022 campaign. Jason Alexander earned the win against the Reds on Saturday, allowing three runs on eight hits while striking out two and walking one in 5.2 innings. Saturday's start was Alexander's fourth of the season. He threw 50 of 80 pitches for strikes, walking just one batter. Although he allowed eight hits, he limited the damage to just two earned runs and three total runs and picked up the win. Alexander will carry a 2.42 ERA into his next appearance. The difference here is the Cardinals have done very well recently vs their own division. These trends are as of Monday as we write this: Cardinals are 35-17 in their last 52 vs the National League Central. The Brewers are 3-8 in their last 11 games vs a right-handed starter. Brewers are 1-4 in their last 5 home games vs a team with a winning record. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free MLB Prediction From Allen Eastman:
Take ‘Under’ Houston at New York Yankees (7 p.m., Thursday, June 23)
These are two of the best teams in the American League and two of the top teams in baseball. I think that pitching will dominate the first game in this series. The Yankees are No. 1 in the league in team ERA, and Houston is No. 3. They combine to average just 6.5 runs per game. Framber Valdez has a 2.78 ERA and has gone ‘under’ in seven of his last 10 starts overall. Valdez has been great on the road. He has just a 1.61 ERA away from home this year. The Yankees will go with Jameson Taillon. He has just a 2.70 ERA at home this season and has been a reliable starter. The ‘under’ is 38-17 in Houston’s last 55 games, and I like another low-scoring game here. Take the ‘under’. Free MLB Prediction From Doug Upstone:
Take Chicago White Sox over Baltimore (8 p.m., Friday, June 24)
It is Game 2 of a four-game set between American League clubs Baltimore and Chicago. The scheduled starting pitchers are Kyle Bradish (1-4, 7.38 ERA) for the Orioles and Michael Kopech (2-3, 2.38) for the White Sox. The Birds Bradish has lost his confidence and is really struggling with command, as his 1.77 WHIP points out. The O’s right-hander has conceded 64 hits in only 46 1/3 innings, and right-hand batters are hitting a hard-to-comprehend .402 against him. Kopesh is the complete opposite of his mound counterpart, permitting just 31 base knocks in 56 2/3 innings and his WHIP is under 1.00. The Pale Hose came into this season with high expectations after winning the AL Central with a young talent-laden club. Injuries have curtailed the offense and starting pitching, and there have been plenty of blunders on the field and the bases as well. Though Baltimore has played better than expected, this weekend is the White Sox's chance to start building momentum and they win Friday night. Free MLB Prediction From Jason Sharpe:
Take Detroit (+140) over Arizona (8:40 p.m., Friday, June 24)
A lot more was expected from this Detroit Tigers coming into the 2022 baseball season, but their offense has been terrible this year, and because of that they have struggled and of this writing sit 15 games under .500 for the year. The Tigers called up arguably the top prospect in the minor leagues in outfielder Riley Greene. And since he arrived last weekend, he seems to have given the Detroit offense a much needed a spark. Since last Friday, the Tigers have led all American League teams in team batting average and are 2nd best in the AL in runs scored. They are expected to face Arizona starter Luke Weaver in this one. Weaver got hurt in in the 1st week of the MLB season this year, and he was out for 2+ months finally returning to action last week. The 28-year-old right-hander doesn't look to be in good form yet as he was bombed in his last start last weekend, allowing 9 earned runs and not getting out of the 4th inning against the Minnesota Twins. Even when Weaver is in mid-season shape, he's nothing special, posting an ERA of 4.86 the last five seasons and ranking in the bottom 10% of all pitchers who have thrown 300+ innings during that time. A hot hitting Tigers team here going up against a pitcher not in good form and overall is not very good. All of that at a decent plus price in this one. Take Detroit to win this game. Free MLB Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take #960 San Francisco (-1.5 RL) over Cincinnati (10 p.m., Friday June 24)
The Reds are good at home, but traveling across the country, we'll take the Giants all day long. This shouldn't even be a close game, as the Giants need to beat the bad teams to remain competitive in the National League West. Do not miss out on Doc’s Sports weekend card featuring top plays in MLB, CFL, USFL, and horse racing. Free MLB Prediction From Strike Point Sports:
Take St. Louis over Chicago Cubs (2 p.m., Saturday, June 25)
The Cardinals and Cubs have been headed in opposite directions for most of the season, whereas St. Louis has been close to the top of the division while Chicago has floundered towards the bottom. Miles Mikolas has pitched very well for St. Louis this year, and he has been a hard luck loser on more than one occasion. Despite allowing just 4 earned runs over his last three starts (23 innings), Mikolas is 1-2 over that span. Mikolas has already beaten the Cubs this season, and I think he is going to lead the Cardinals to a win in this one. Caleb Killian is scheduled to toe the rubber for Chicago, and he has not been effective in any of his three starts this year. Killian has allowed 13 earned runs over the 11.1 innings he has pitched, and the Cubs have been outscored 38-10 in those three matchups. I like the St. Louis offense to produce much more than the Chicago's in this one. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free MLB Prediction From Robert Ferringo:
Take ‘Over’ 8.0 N.Y. Mets at Miami (12 p.m., Sunday, June 26)
Rare misfire in this space last week. But we are still 28-11 (72%) with our free plays here over the last 10 months. I think this one will be a bit high scoring. The teams are lined up for Trevor Rogers against David Peterson again. These two starters faced off on Monday in a 6-0 Mets win. That game should’ve had at least 10 runs. The two teams combined for 16 hits, eight walks and three errors. They also combined to go 2-for-20 with runners in scoring position and hit into three double plays. Neither one of these starters worry me. Rogers is a dud. And Peterson threw a shutout in that game to snap a run in which he allowed four runs in three of his previous four outings. That also snapped a streak of seven straight starts going ‘over’ for Peterson. I think he’ll get hit hard, and I think the Mets will keep chopping against Rogers and his 5.80 ERA. Look for this one to get ‘over’. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here.
