Free College Football Prediction From Raphael Esparza:
Take 'Under' 58.0 UNLV at Nevada (10 p.m., Friday, Oct. 29)
Late Friday night in Reno, Nevada, the Wolf Pack welcome state rival the UNLV Rebels to their backyard, and I see the Wolf Pack having no problem winning this game. Nevada is a huge home favorite in this game, but I see value in the 'Under' Friday night. The total opened at 59, and it wouldn't shock me to see this total drop another point by kickoff. In the Rebels last 6 games, 4 of them have gone 'Under' the total, and I see the Rebels struggling to score Friday night. UNLV is 1-5 O/U is 1-5 O/U in their last 6 road games, and Nevada is 2-6-1 O/U in their last 9 conference games. Let's also throw in that the 'Under' has cashed 8 out 10 'Under' games in Mackey Stadium. Free College Football Prediction From Jason Sharpe:
Take #180 Nebraska (-7) over Purdue (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30)
This is a must win for a desperate 3-5 Nebraska team and their head coach Scott Frost if they want to make a bowl game. Nebraska is coming off a much-needed week off last weekend with a bye week. They have had as tough of a stretch as any team in the country their last 5 games as they have gone up against teams with a combined 30-6 record overall this season, including facing three teams that are currently undefeated and all ranked in the top 8 in CFB. The Cornhuskers went toe to toe with those three of those foes, losing by just 13 combined points in those three games. Those valiant efforts took a lot out of this team as they looked tired in their last game where they lost by 7 points on the road at Minnesota against a Golden Gophers team that was rested off of a bye and with two weeks to prepare for Nebraska. One thing head coach Scott Frost has been able to do is get his team to step up the game following a loss as they are 7-1 against the spread the game after a straight-up defeat. Lay the points with Nebraska in this one. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free College Football Prediction From Strike Point Sports:
Take #127 Boston College (+6.5) over Syracuse (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30)
This line is a little too high. Yes, Syracuse has performed much, much better than a lot of people believed, but they shouldn't be laying a touchdown in this game. Boston College is banged up, there is no doubt about that, but they will give Syracuse a game. This has a three-point feel to it if you ask us. The Eagles have fallen on hard times since they beat Missouri at the end of September as they have lost three straight in the month of October. This could definitely be their fourth straight loss, but the Orange haven't proven that they can blow teams out. Syracuse has played in five straight games that have been decided by five points or less, and this one will be no different. Take the points here. Free College Football Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take #165 Wyoming (+3) over San Jose State (4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30)
The Spartans have fallen off a cliff this season and almost lost to UNLV last week. Wyoming did suffer an embarrassing loss to New Mexico, but I expect them to bounce back in this game and win it straight-up. The Cowboys dominated this last meeting between these two teams and have won 7 of the 11 matchups. Wyoming is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 games following a loss in their previous game. San Jose State is 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games following a win in their previous game. Do not miss Doc’s Sports weekend football card featuring our NFL Game of the Year (8-unit play). This is the play that won 5 of the last 6 years, including the last two years by BLOWOUT! Get it right here and let 50 years of handicapping experience work for you. Free College Football Prediction From Robert Ferringo:
Take #163 Arizona (+21) over USC (7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30)
We are 6-3 on our football free play picks in this newsletter this year after an excruciatingly close loss with Virginia Tech last week. I feel a comfortable winner this week. And I know this sounds crazy, but I would see Arizona threatening an upset here. USC just played a huge game in South Bend against rival Notre Dame. Now they are off back-to-back losses but dressing up as a three-touchdown favorite against some schlub program in the midst of an 18-game losing streak. Will Arizona break the streak here? Probably not. But I can see them throwing a scare into a disinterested Trojans squad. We cashed easily with the Wildcats (+17) last week with a rated play in their 21-16 loss to Washington. At some point these jokers are going to come through and beat someone. USC has wins over Colorado, Washington State and San Jose State. That’s it. USC is right there with Miami as one of the most perpetually overrated programs in the country, and I don’t think they deserve the amount of respect they are being given. USC is 1-4 ATS as a home favorite, and I just don’t expect to see any urgency from this group, which is probably already looking ahead to next week’s game with Arizona State. Free College Football Prediction From Doug Upstone:
Take #185 Kentucky (-1.5) over Mississippi State (7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30)
Many might not realize that these two SEC clubs are ranked in the Top 30 in total defense coming into the Halloween weekend. That could lead to trading of a great deal of helmet paint. Kentucky prefers to run the pigskin and blend in the pass, while Mississippi State utilizes the run as window dressing with its pass-first offense that is No. 4 in the country. Look for this SEC affair to come down to turnovers in a low-scoring affair. We note that the Wildcats have only one miscue in their past three trips to the gridiron, with the Bulldogs having at least two turnovers in three of their past four contests. Cowbells or not, that will be the game decider for Kentucky. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free College Football Prediction From Arun Shiva:
Take #162 California (+1.5) over Oregon State (7 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 30)
The Oregon State Beavers (5-2, 0-0 Pac-12) visit the California Golden Bears (2-5, 0-0 Pac-12) on Saturday, October 30, 2021, in a matchup between Pac-12 rivals at California Memorial Stadium. The Cal Bears are a 2-point underdog, and we like their chances for the outright win here. Cal comes in off a 26-3 win over Colorado, a game which was never competitive at all. Granted, Colorado is hardly a powerhouse in the Pac-12, but remember this is a Cal team that hung tough against #7 Oregon 24-17, and 31-24 to Washington, who was also ranked this season. Oregon St just put up 42 points last week vs Utah. However, they could be in for a letdown after an offensive explosion like that, and this Cal team tends to show up for big games. The Golden Bears are 4-0 ATS in their last 4 games after accumulating more than 200 yards rushing in their previous game. Let’s roll with Cal. Free NFL Football Prediction From Allen Eastman:
Take #270 Los Angeles Chargers (-6) over New England (4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 31)
I will take the home team in this one. The Patriots are coming off a 41-point blowout win over the Jets. The Jets are terrible. This is a big step up for the Patriots against one of the top teams in the AFC. The Chargers are coming off a bye week, and this team is as healthy as it has been all season. New England’s last two weeks have come against the two worst teams in the NFL in the Texans and the Jets. They have lost to all of the good teams they have faced this season. New England is 0-4 ATS after a win, and they are 2-5 ATS on the road. The Chargers are 4-1 ATS as a home favorite, and they are 4-1 ATS in their last five games after a bye week. Los Angeles is on an 8-2 ATS run, and I like them to get a 30-17 win here. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here.
