ROBERT FERRINGO posted another winning football weekend, and he has now rung the register for 8 of 10 winning football weeks as he approaches +6,000 in profit during that stretch. Take #347 Tulsa (+22.5) over Cincinnati (3:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 6)

That is now a 70% run on our football free plays over the last 10 weeks after Arizona easily came through against USC last week. Let’s keep this going with another winner here – and don’t forget that college basketball starts Tuesday! There is only one way to play Cincinnati right now, and that is to fade them. The books have jacked up the spreads on all of their games. Part of that comes from being ranked No. 2. Part of that comes from the belief that they need to win games by blowouts. Cincinnati was also clocked at No. 6 in the most recent playoff rankings. That is sure to piss this team off (and, frankly, it’s kind of a joke). I think that’s going to be a distraction for this team. I also think that the noose is tightening for them a bit as they know they have zero margin for error if they do want to make the playoffs. Cincinnati is 0-2 ATS in its last two games, with lackluster wins over Navy and Tulane. I think Tulsa is better than both of those teams. The Golden Hurricanes also have revenge in this one after losing 27-24 to the Bearcats in the AAC Championship Game last December. Tulsa has lined up with other Top 15 teams this year, losing by just 5 at Oklahoma State and by 21 at Ohio State. If Tulsa can stay within three touchdowns of those teams, I think that they can find a way to make this number stick. They are 12-3 ATS on the road, 23-8 ATS against teams with a winning record and 23-9 ATS as a road underdog. Boilermakers head coach Jeff Brohm has done a fantastic job in the role of an underdog at the school, posting a 16-7 record against the spread when getting points in his career at Purdue. After being outscored 72-10 in their first two games of the season, both at home, the Navy has covered five of six and engineered two outright upsets and took No. 2 Cincinnati to the wire. Though the Midshipmen have seldom knocked off Notre Dame since 1992 (4-23 SU), they have been more than competitive when using the betting odds at 18-9 ATS. Because the Irish defense is not great at penetrating, the Middies can hold the ball and run the clock and keep the final score to around 14 points and maybe less than that. Take ‘Under’ 43.5 New England at Carolina (1 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 7)

I do not see many points in this game. New England is starting a rookie quarterback, Mac Jones, who has been steady but who has not put up big points this year. The Patriots have scored 81 points in their last two games, but they have had defensive touchdowns and short fields to pad their stats. Carolina may be without starting quarterback Sam Darnold this week. The Panthers might get Christian McCaffrey back. I don’t think that he will be 100 percent, and I don’t think that Carolina is going to overuse him in his first game back. These are also two excellent defenses, and both are in the Top 10 in points allowed. Carolina is No. 5, allowing just 19.9 points per game, and they held Atlanta to just 13 points last week. The Patriots are No. 8 at just 20.5 points allowed per game. The ‘under’ is 9-2 in Carolina’s last 11 games overall. The ‘under’ is 5-2 in New England’s last seven road games, and the ‘under’ is 18-8 when the Patriots play as a road favorite. Take the ‘under’ here.
