This total play is all on the defense of the Bearcats, who haven't allowed over 21 points in their last 6 games. I know USF allowed the Houston Cougars to score 54 points last weekend, but the Bearcats defense is much better than the Cougars 'D'. The Bearcats are 2-7 O/U last 9 road games, and the Bearcats are 5-14 O/U following a ATS loss. The USF Bulls are 1-5-1 O/U after scoring 40 points or more in their last game, and again the Cats 'D' will dominate this game.

After losing to Houston on a 100-yard kickoff return with just 17 seconds left in the game, SMU committed the cardinal sin of undefeated teams late in the season; they allowed one loss to turn into two, upset at Memphis last week 28-25. The Mustangs' weak spot is in the secondary, as they have conceded over 400 passing yards in back-to-back weeks. That should not be an issue at home against Central Florida. Since QB Dillon Gabriel broke his collarbone, the Knights have averaged only 175 YPG passing in six contests. If you discount the 49 points UCF scored against Temple, who has given up on 2021, they have averaged 21.8 PPG since Gabriel was sidelined. The Ponies are 11-3 ATS at home since 2019 and 4-0 SU and ATS at home this year, winning by 30 PPG. With the spread at -7, SMU wins by at least two touchdowns. The Michigan State Spartans have been a big surprise this year with their outstanding 8-1 start to the season, but a closer look shows this team isn't nearly as good as their record and ranking on the year. MSU probably should have lost to rival Michigan the game before as they were outplayed in that game, plus they were fortunate to face the Wolverines off a bye week and with two weeks to prepare. The Spartans also needed overtime to win against Nebraska as they were outgained by 186 yards in that contest. They faced the 3rd string QB in their 5-point win over Indiana and caught Miami-Florida early this season when the Hurricanes were struggling and using a different quarterback from the one who's playing well for them right now. It's usually very difficult for CFB teams to bounce back their next game this late in the season when they are coming off their first loss of the year. Take Maryland plus the points. Two Pac-12 teams will battle when the Arizona State Sun Devils (6-3, 4-2 Pac-12) meet the Washington Huskies (4-5, 3-3 Pac-12). The Sun Devils (-5.5) take to the road against the Huskies (+195 to win on the money line) on November 13, 2021, at 7:00 PM ET. The game’s over/under is currently listed at 44 total points. We like the Sun Devils to cover the number. ASU’s defense held USC to 16 points and covered the 9.5 spread in that game, while we only must cover -5.5 here. The Huskies have a terrible offense at #112 in the country, while the Sun Devil defense is #26 in total yards per game allowed at only 331 per game. ASU is also #23 in the nation in rushing yards per game at 206 per game, and we see this as a blowout for the Sun Devil side, as this line is just too low.
