Free MLB Prediction From Robert Ferringo:
Take ‘Over’ 9.5 Atlanta at Cincinnati (7 p.m., Thursday, June 24)
I see a softball game developing here in this series opener. The Reds never need an excuse to hit the ball. They are averaging more than five runs per game, one of only four teams in the league to top that mark. They are also in the Top 10 in batting average and home runs, and they should add to it here. Atlanta is in a really tough spot here. They had to play back-to-back doubleheaders on Sunday and Monday, and this game will be their seventh game in five days. At this point they are just pulling starters off the streets. They are probably going to go with Tucker Davidson, who didn’t make it out of the third inning in this last start before allowing five runs. This guy is not an MLB-caliber pitcher, and I think he’ll get hit hard again here since he hasn’t thrown in almost 10 days. The Braves lineup should feel like it has been let out of prison after going up against a tough Mets rotation. And Atlanta will get its cuts in against someone called Tony Santillan. This guy has made all of two starts in the Majors. And in his last one he got slapped for two home runs and three runs in just three innings in pitcher-friendly San Diego. I don’t think it will go any better for Santillan here. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free MLB Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take #902 Milwaukee (-1.5) over Colorado (4 p.m., Friday, June 25)
The Rockies do not have anything this year, and the Brewers are a darn good team. Besides Travis Shaw and Lorenzo Cain, Milwaukee is extremely healthy. Look for a high scoring game in that thin air of Denver and the Brewers to come out on top easily. Monster weekend coming from Doc’s Sports, including top plays in MLB, NCAA Baseball, Horse Racing, and NBA. Jump on board now and let 49 years of handicapping experience work for you. Free MLB Prediction From Strike Point Sports:
Take ‘Over’ Colorado at Milwaukee (4 p.m. Friday, June 25)
These two clubs just split a four game series in Colorado less than a week ago, but I think it is going to be a different story with a change of venue. The Rockies have been absolutely dreadful when they are playing outside of Colorado as their record on the road currently sits at 5-27. You would think the Rockies pitchers would have better ERA’s on the road, but that hasn’t been the case for Antonio Senzatela. Senzatela is 0-4 with a 6.94 ERA (three runs higher than at home) with opponents batting .347 off him in 5 starts on the road this season. Corbin Burnes has allowed two home runs and struck out 108 batters over his 68.2 innings, but he has been unlucky as his record stands at 3-4 with a 2.62 ERA. The last three games of the last series all went ‘over’, and the ‘over’ is 6-3 in the last nine meetings between these two teams. The ‘over’ is 5-2 in Colorado’s last seven games, and their pitching staff continues to be one of the worst in baseball. Look for a slugfest in this one. Free MLB Prediction From Jason Sharpe:
Take New York Yankees over Boston (7 p.m., Friday, June 25)
The Boston Red Sox are expected to hand the baseball to starter Martin Perez in their home game against their divisional rival the New York Yankees. Perez has been a totally different pitcher at home compared to when he's been on the road since joining the Red Sox in 2020. When pitching in Boston at Fenway Park, Perez has posted an ugly 6.09 ERA compared to a very impressive 2.77 ERA when he's been on the road. He's had five starts so far this year at home, going up against teams above .500, like he will face in this one against the NY Yankees, and he has been tattooed in those games, posting a 11.54 ERA. The New York Yankees will counter here with starter Domingo German in this one. German went up against Boston earlier this season, and he allowed just 1 earned run in the start that happened earlier this month. I think the Yankees are right side in this one. Take the New York Yankees to win this game. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports, sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free MLB Prediction From Doug Upstone:
Take Tampa Bay over L.A. Angels (7 p.m., Friday, June 25)
Last weekend the Tampa Bay offense and bullpen went south, and they fell out of first place in the AL East. The Rays are back home, and they will take on an Angels pitching staff that is allowing 5.1 runs a game, having issues putting together reliable starters and piecing together a dependable bullpen. The Angels are mediocre on the road at 15-19, and it’s worse than it looks. That potent Halos offense at the Big A in Anaheim is only scoring 4.1 RPG on the road, while the pitching is even poorer in permitting 5.3 RPG. Expect the Rays to have their way in the series opener. Free MLB Prediction From Allen Eastman:
Take ‘Over’ 9.0 Oakland at San Francisco (10 p.m., Friday, June 25)
Oakland’s offense has really stepped up on this recent road trip. They scored 27 runs in their first five games away from home, and they could have had a lot more if not for leaving men on base. The A’s should be able to hit Johnny Cueto in this one. Cueto has a 5.74 ERA in his last three starts, and he has not been striking many batters out. The ‘over’ is 8-2 in Oakland’s last 10 games overall, and the ‘over’ is 7-3 in their last 10 games with a total between 9-10. San Francisco’s offense is in the Top 5 in scoring, OPS and home runs. They have been getting better and better all season long. San Francisco has scored 64 runs in their last eight games. That’s an average of eight runs per game. The ‘over’ is 5-2 in San Francisco’s last seven games, and the ‘over’ is 6-1 in their last seven games as a favorite. I like both teams to continue their hot hitting and for this one to go ‘over’.
