Cantlay is the defending champion at Muirfield, where he will defend his title next week at the same course at the Memorial Tournament. Since October, Cantley has made six starts and his worst finish is 17th and he has two Top 5 in the mix. He’s made only one start since the Tour fired up again, a tie for 11th, where he showed rust early two weeks ago but had the fewest putts over four rounds. Sheffield United is a team that I see going the other way over the league’s final month. Beyond a fluke win over Tottenham, they have lost three and drawn twice in their last six matches. This team has been playing over its head all season long, and they are not going to be able to keep up with the quality that a motivated Chelsea team can bring the pitch here. Take Tampa Bay Rays Over 33.5 Wins (MLB Futures)

While the entire baseball world tends to focus on the Chicago White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, and LA Angels, as potential sleepers (and for good reason), I’d like to add the Tampa Bay Rays to the mix. Assuming the top three arms are available at season’s start, the Rays promise to be a tough out. Charlie Morton, Blake Snell, and Tyler Glasgow are a formidable rotation in itself. Snell and Glasnow were potentially going to be limited and used with caution over the course of a normal 162-game season. However, with the season shortened to 60 games, the Rays’ concerns have been alleviated quite a bit. Morton was one of two Rays’ starters throwing 3-inning simulated starts as far back as two weeks ago, giving them a unique advantage. Tampa’s bullpen finished with the best ERA in the league last season. They’re deep and will likely go with Nick Anderson as the closer. Anderson amassed strong numbers in 2019, with most of his work coming as an employee of the Marlins. He did see a few outings in Tampa Bay, and we expect the hurler to be the primary closer. The lineup did wave goodbye to a handful of players in the off-season, but they’re deep and interchangeable in 2020. In all, we feel the Tampa Bay Rays should finish with 36 to 38 wins in 2020, and we’ll recommend a play on the Over of 33.5 wins.
