JASON SHARPE is off to a winning start to the 2020 football season. Sharpe is looking to make it five straight winning years on the gridiron this year. His football plays rated 5.0+ have been dynamite, especially early in the season, going 15-5 the last two years in games played before October 14. He is 4-2 this year on these type of selections and will have a couple more going on this week's card on the gridiron.
STRIKE POINT SPORTS went 3-2 with their football plays last weekend, including 2-1 in the NFL, but couldn’t connect on their 8-Unit Play as Arizona was a no-show. SPS has earned 3 of 4 winning overall football weeks, and they have gone 10-4, +1,300 in the NFL overall. Free College Football Prediction From Raphael Esparza:
Take 'Under’ 60.5 Virginia Tech at North Carolina (Noon, Saturday, Oct. 10)
I know that the Hokies first two games this pandemic season have gone 'Over' the total, but they haven't faced a defense like the Tar Heels. North Carolina held Boston College to 22 points on the road, and at home held the Syracuse Orange to only 6 points, and both of those games went 'Under' the total. Virginia Tech is 3-8 O/U as a road underdog, and the North Carolina Tar Heels are 1-5 O/U as a favorite. Let's also throw in that the Tar Heels are 1-4 O/U in their last 5 home games, and in this series for the last 13 meetings, 10 of them have gone 'Under'. Free College Football Prediction From Jason Sharpe:
Take #329 Arkansas (+14) over Auburn (4 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 10)
I really like what I have seen so far from this Arkansas Razorbacks team in their first two games under new head coach Sam Pittman. The Razorbacks gave Georgia all they could handle for more than a half in their season opener as they led that contest into the middle of the 3rd quarter before running out of gas. Last week they went on the road and upset a decent Mississippi State squad 21-14 and did so as 17-point underdogs. On the other side of things, Auburn comes into this game 1-1 on the season. They pulled away from Kentucky in their season opener, scoring on back-to-back possessions in the 4th quarter after taking over both times inside the Kentucky 30-yard line. The Wildcats looked just as good as the Tigers in that game as they gained 60 more yards than Auburn on offense. Last week Auburn was no match for Georgia, losing 27-6 to the Bulldogs and getting more than doubled in overall yardage in the contest. The Tigers are struggling on the offensive side of the football, and I think they have a hard time here pulling away and winning this one by this kind of margin. Take Arkansas plus the points here. Free College Football Prediction From Doug Upstone:
Take #354 Notre Dame (-21) over Florida State (7:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 10)
Florida State has stumbled badly out of the gate in 2020, losing to Georgia Tech and Miami-FL and having to come from behind to take down Jacksonville State, leaving them 0-3 ATS. The Seminoles did end up beating their neighbors from north, Florida, 41-24. Slow starts have been the norm for Florida State the last two games in allowing 59 points. Notre Dame will be anxious to get back on the field after missing the Wake Forest tilt (virus issues) and having a bye, especially at home. In this primetime matchup, we are looking to Play Against underdogs of 10.5 to 21 points, with a poor first half defense allowing 16 or more points per game, after a win by 17 or more points. Teams like the Noles are just 7-29 ATS in this spot. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free NFL Football Prediction From Robert Ferringo:
Take #458 Washington (+7.5) over L.A. Rams (1 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11)
Usually when a team loses its starting quarterback, the line adjusts two or three points – the other way. However, this line has dropped two points since it was announced that Washington was going to be benching Dwayne Haskins. All I can say is: it is about time. Haskins is a huge loser and will never be a competent NFL quarterback. Ron Rivera is going with Kyle Allen, a familiar signal caller that followed Rivera from Carolina. The Redskins offense will never be explosive. However, I think that Allen can do a better job taking care of the ball and making plays outside of the pocket. This is the Rams’ third trip to the East Coast in four weeks, and they have to be sick of making cross-country flights for these early start times. I don’t think that it will make a difference in whether or not the Rams win this game – they will – though I do think that if the Rams get off to a sluggish start they could allow an improving FT defense to keep them in this game. The Rams have a bigger game with San Francisco on deck, and after an 0-3 ATS slide the last three weeks I have a feeling Washington is due to scum one out. Let’s play this one to end in the 28-24 or 27-21 range. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free NFL Football Prediction From Strike Point Sports:
Take #471 New York Giants (+9.5) over Dallas (4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11)
That’s four straight free play winners in this space. Let’s go for No. 5 in a row! This is too many points for the Cowboys to be laying the Giants. Yes, the Giants offense is absolutely terrible. But their defense has had its moments. The Giants held the Steelers to 26 points, the Bears to 17 points, and the Rams to 17 points. We know that the 49ers had a field day, but a lot of that was on short fields due to turnovers by the Giants offense. The Dallas defense absolutely stinks, and they shouldn't be laying almost 10 points to anyone right now. Dallas has given up 39, 38, and 49 in its last three games overall. Before you say that those teams all had better offenses than the Giants, we are aware of that. This game also has a rivalry aspect to it that those other games didn't. It doesn't matter how good or bad either team is. This is Giants-Cowboys, and it will be closer than this line suggests. Take the points. Free NFL Football Prediction From Doc's Sports:
Take 474 Cleveland (+2.5) over Indianapolis (4 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11)
Both teams sit at 3-1 on the year, and expect Cleveland to take care of business at home. This will be the Colts second straight road game, and their defense will be much more tested this week than they were last week against Chicago. The home team has covered the spread in 3 of the last 5 meetings (1 push). The Colts are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games against AFC teams. Do not miss out on Doc’s Sports Weekend Football card. Get in on the action now and let 49 years of handicapping experience work for you. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here. Free NFL Football Prediction From Allen Eastman:
Take #476 Seattle (-7) over Minnesota (8 p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11)
My NFL 411 System came storming out of the gates with two easy wins! I went 2-0, +1,300 with a 7-Unit win behind the Bills and a 6-Unit win on the Colts. This week I am coming back with an 8-Unit NFL 411 Play this weekend, and this is my first 8-Unit Play of the season. As for this free play, I like Seattle to keep it going. They are 4-0 SU and ATS this year and all four wins have been easy. The Seahawks have had a double-digit lead in all of their games this year. Russell Wilson is playing at an MVP level. Right now, the Seahawks have one of the best offenses in the league, and they are scoring an average of 35.5 points per game. The Vikings defense has been terrible. They are allowing 31.3 points per game and they are No. 29 in total yards and No. 29 against the pass. I don’t think the Vikings will be able to slow down Wilson. The Vikings offense is just No. 22 in total yards and No. 28 passing. Seattle has a big edge in the turnover margin, and the Seahawks have owned this series. Seattle beat Minnesota 37-30 last year and 21-7 the year before that. The Seahawks have beaten Minnesota six straight times and are 5-1 ATS in this series. Wilson will keep it going and get another blowout win. If you don’t have an account at Doc’s Sports sign up now and get $60 in free premium member picks click here.
