I know you probably think I'm crazy taking any part of this game UNDER the total, but I see this game starting off slow in Cleveland. It's no secret that the Cavs can play a fast pace game with the Golden St Warriors, and I see them making this game a half court game from the tip. LeBron ran out of gas in the second half of Game #2, and I see the Cavs defense getting some early stops and slowing the tempo down. Wouldn't shock me to see more points scored in the second half then the first, and with a high first half total I see the half time score being in the low 100s. In the last 5 meetings between these two teams, 4 of them have gone UNDER, and again look for the Cavs to slow down the pace when they get stops. Take Detroit (-120) over Los Angeles Angels (1 p.m., Thursday, June 8)
The Tigers faced J.C. Ramirez once already this year. On May 11 they took him down with five runs in seven innings in a 7-1 loss. Ramirez also got crushed his last time out, giving up seven runs and three home runs against the Twins in an 11-5 loss. I think Ramirez will get hit hard again here. The Angels lost the best player in baseball, Mike Trout, to injury, and this team isn't the same without him. They lost three out of four games over the weekend to the Twins. Now they have to go on the road, and I think that they will get beat up by the Tigers. Even with Trout, the Angels were No. 27 in the league in runs scored with just four per game. Without him the offense will struggle even more. Los Angeles is just 11-19 on the road this year. The Tigers have been one of the best teams in baseball in their home stadium. Take 'Over' 8.5 Miami at Pittsburgh (7 p.m., Thursday, June 8)
I've been at my best with my biggest plays so far this baseball season, going 12-4 (75%) with my MLB plays rated 7.0 or higher. I'm going to continue this top play success - which included two 7-Unit winners last Saturday - with another 7-Unit MLB Play this weekend. I have posted over +$6,000 in profit over the last six weeks and I am looking forward to adding to that. As for this free play, it really is contingent on Edinson Volquez starting for the Marlins. He has a sore ankle and could miss this start. If he doesn't - even better. Volquez is coming off a no-hitter. And I think he is ripe to get beat up his next time out. Volquez has battled consistency issues his entire career. That is why he is on his sixth team since 2011. He is due for a letdown, and the ankle injury will only exacerbate that. Gerrit Cole is in line to start for the Bucs. He has been a train wreck lately, posting an ERA of nearly 10.0. There is obviously something wrong, and he is going up against a tough Miami offense that's been hitting the ball well lately. The Pirates are 9-3 against the total in their last 12 games. The 'over' is 12-6 in Miami's last 18 road games and I see this one getting 'over' against a higher-than-it-should-be number. Don't forget about my 7-Unit MLB Play this weekend. Take 'Over' San Diego at Arizona (3:40 p.m., Thursday, June 8)
Listed Pitchers: SD: C. Richard (4-6, 4.36 ERA), Ari: P. Corbin (4-6, 5.43 ERA) This pick falls into one of my top MLB systems and I really like this pitching match-up to get the OVER today. The D-Backs have hit .309 as a team lifetime against Richards with an OBP of .373, and opponents have hit .316 against him on the road this season. This will also be the 4th time the D-Backs have faced Richards this season, and he lasted just 3.2 innings in his last outing at Chase Field while giving up 6 earned runs. The Padres have hit .292 as a team lifetime against Corbin, and opponents have hit .305 against him this season. Corbin has an ERA of 9.00 over 6 starts in May/June, and opponents have hit over .360 against him during that span. Play the OVER with confidence. Free MLB Baseball Prediction From Jason Sharpe :
Take Pittsburgh (-130) over Miami (7 p.m., Friday, June 9)
The Pittsburgh Pirates Tyler Glasnow is expected to get the start here in this one. Glasnow has had a rough season so far but is just 23 years old and considered one of the better young pitchers in the game. The 6-foot-8 right-hander has faced some very tough offenses this year, but he gets a break in this one going up against a Miami squad that's rated below average offensively this season versus RHP. The other issue Glasnow has had to deal with this is control issues, but he seems to be improving quite a bit in that area of late with a walk rate of just 3.43 his last four starts to go along with a solid 60%+ first-pitch strike rate to back those numbers up. If he can get the ball over the plate early in the count and get ahead hitters then Glasnow becomes a much-improved version of himself and is undervalued in this one. Take Pittsburgh here.

Take 'Over' Texas at Washington (Noon, Saturday, June 10)
Expect to see some runs on Saturday afternoon in Washington D.C. as the Nationals host the Texas Rangers in an interleague battle. The Nats have been absolutely murdering opposing pitchers this season and have scored more runs than anyone in the NL. They also lead the way in home runs and have one of the most feared middle-of-the-orders with Bryce Harper, Daniel Murphy, Ryan Zimmerman, Anthony Rendon and Jayson Werth. Don't sleep on Trea Turner and Matt Wieters either, who both can also put up some big numbers. The Rangers haven't produced as many runs as usual, but that's mainly because Adrian Beltre has been on the shelf for the first two months of the season. He's back in action now, so I expect Texas to start putting up some crooked numbers on the competition. Look for a slugfest between these two clubs on Saturday, so we're playing the OVER in our Saturday Free Play selection. Doc's is in the middle of a really nice run at the moment. Bartolo Colon has had an impressive run the past couple of years racking up a bunch of wins, but things haven't gone so well for him in his first season with the Braves. Colon is 1-4 with an 8.54 ERA in his last six starts, and he has not made it past the 6th inning in any of those. He has already faced his former team twice this season, going 0-1 with a 5.40 ERA allowing 6 earned runs over 10 innings. The Mets should have Yoenis Cespedes back in their lineup for this game seeing how he has been out since April 28 with a left hamstring strain. Robert Gsellman will be pitching for New York, and he has won his last two starts, allowing just 3 earned runs over 12.1 innings pitched, and I think he will be able to limit the Braves lineup.
