Take Brooklyn (+13) over Cleveland (7 p.m., Thursday, March 31)
The Nets are a team that is playing hard down the stretch even though there will be no playoff basketball in Brooklyn. But they have been giving great effort each and every night and have covered in three of their last four games and barely missed the cover in their last game at Miami. This team has been a very solid bet on the road all season, especially as a big underdog, and they are 14-9 ATS when catching nine or more points and they are 13-6 ATS on the road against winning teams. That is an indication of some strong coaching. These teams played on March 24 and the Nets won outright in Brooklyn, 104-95. Forget about revenge in this scenario. The Cavs aren't going to be focused on retribution, they are looking to fine tune their roster and stay healthy for the playoffs. But we know from that win the Nets get fired up to play this team. And with how well they have done against double-digit lines this season we think this is a great spot to take the big underdog to keep this close as we can see the Cavs being completely disinterested in this game like they have generally been lately (2-6 ATS in their last eight games).

Take Golden State (-) over the Boston (10:30 p.m., Friday, April 1)
The last time these two teams met Golden State barely won this game 123-119 in overtime, and we do not see that same result or tenor in this game. Steve Kerr is one of the best coaches in making the necessary changes when his team has revenge, and we believe if the Celtics had issues with the Clippers losing 90-114 they are going to have major issues with the Warriors, who make very good changes in regards to their x's and o's. Sure, the public will indeed expect a duplicate result similar to the first game, but we like Golden State to possibly win this contest by 17 or more points this Friday evening. This is a Golden State team that does very well as heavy favorites, covering against New York and New Orleans as -15 and -15.5 point favorites, and we see something to the similar effect of this on Friday Night, which will be a very good public fade to boot.

Two teams that have been trending to the over will meet when the Syracuse Orange take on the North Carolina Tar Heels at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX in the second of the two Final Four games taking place on Saturday night. The Orange have posted a 4-1 record to the over in their last five games where they were listed as an underdog of 7-12 points and they have gone an excellent 5-1 to the over in their last six neutral-site games where they were listed as an underdog by any number. The Tar Heels have been an over team as well in the spot they are in here tonight as they have posted a 5-2 record to the over in their last seven games following an ATS win and they have gone over the total in four of their last five NCAA Tournament games where they were listed as the favorite. Throw in the fact that these two teams have gone over a combined 35-14-1 in their last 50 neutral-site games and that's where we'll have our play in a game where we expect both teams to get up and down the court on Saturday night in Houston. Take 'Under' 7.0 Toronto at Tampa Bay (4 p.m., Sunday, April 3)
College basketball is winding down, and with nearly $17,000 in the bank over the last few months we've nearly tripled our bankrolls. Take Oakland A's 'Over' 76 Season Wins
If there's one thing we've learned about Billy Beane's Oakland A's over the years, it's to never count them out. They've been picked to finish dead last several times in recent years, only to find themselves on top of the division at season's end. That could be the case again this season, as Oakland is projected as the worst team in the American League based on their season win total. This was one of the unluckiest teams in baseball in 2015, with an absurd 19-35 record in one-run games. The injury bug also bit the A's far too often last season, but they have a much deeper squad this time around. I really like the acquisitions of Khris Davis, Yonder Alonso, and Jed Lowrie to bolster the offense - all of which will start. They also made a really nice depth addition in nabbing Chris Coghlan from the Cubs. In the bullpen, the A's added some formidable arms in Ryan Madson and John Axford to go along with a healthy Sean Dolittle. Sure, there is still some questions in the starting rotation, but I think most of their staff is underrated. With just average luck and decent health, this year's A's edition should win at least 80 games. And if they get a bounce or two to go their way, they can be in the mix for a playoff spot. Take Chicago Cubs (-150) to Win the N.L. Central
Homer Alert! Homer Alert! Yes, it's no secret that I'm a die-hard Cubs fan, but if you know me you know that I'm also a realistic Cubs fan. I'm not saying the Cubs are going to win the World Series, but the Chicago Cubs will have no problem winning the NL Central. The division will have two teams doing battle with the Cubs, and those two teams are the Pirates and Cardinals. Both the Cardinals and Pirates in my eyes got weaker than their teams last year while the Chicago Cubs filled some big holes. If the Chicago Cubs stay healthy and get quality starting pitching then it wouldn't shock me to see the Cubs run away in the division -- if the Cubs are flying high during the trade deadline we could see the Cubs add more pitching and another big bat. This team is young and got the experience of playoff baseball last year, and again if they stay healthy this team will be fun to watch.

Take Baltimore Orioles 'Under' 78.5 Wins
The Baltimore Orioles have overachieved the past few seasons, very quietly averaging 89 wins per year the past four. The wheels look like they are starting to come off, though, for this group after posting their worst year of the last four overall last season going 81-81. They lost their best starter in Wei-Yin Chen to free agency and replaced him with a much worse Yovani Gallardo during the offseason. They now have arguably the worst starting pitching rotation in the American League coming into this season. Offensively it looks like they've placed way too much of an emphasis on building a power hitting team to fit their hitter-friendly home ball park, but this means their a total mess when they have to go on the road and we seen that a lot last year as they posted the worst away record in all of the American League for 2015. This also is a very top-heavy looking team, and if one or more of their better players get hurt the O's could be in for a world of trouble this year. They also play nearly half of their games against arguably the best division in baseball, the American League East, where all the other teams in the East are projected to be .500 or better this year. Added all up and this looks like a team trending down and one that will fall short of their season win total. Play the Baltimore Orioles win total 'under'.
