Monday Night Football Predictions Week 13: New England Patriots at Buffalo Bills
by Chris Vasile - 12/3/2021
Depending on what side of the fence you fall on, last week’s Monday night game between the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Football team could be described in two completely different ways. For the casual or avid football fan, that 17-15 final was a dismal display of football. The Football Team dominated the Seahawks in the box score but could muster only 17 points. If you are like me and were holding a Washington moneyline or -1.5-point ticket, that game was the best game you’ve ever seen based on the result, and it isn’t up for discussion.

Monday Night Football Predictions Week 12: Seattle Seahawks at Washington Football Team
by Chris Vasile - 11/26/2021
Considering that the goal of this article is to pick winners, last Monday’s game was the best game I have ever seen. We essentially called for the Bucs to win in a rout, and they backed up my words by winning by 20, and covering the point spread was never in doubt. It was almost as easy as laying the points with the Bills on Thursday as they routed the hapless Saints. This week’s Monday Night Football affair between the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Football Team will be a bit closer than we might like, but I believe we will have the last laugh once again when the clock strikes 0:00.

Monday Night Football Predictions Week 11: New York Giants at Tampa Bay Buccaneers
by Chris Vasile - 11/20/2021
In yet another twist on Monday Night Football, the Super Bowl favorites (at the time), Los Angeles, forgot how to play football for 60 minutes and were run out of Levi’s Stadium by the host 49ers. It was yet another prime example of a team not being as good -- or as bad -- as their previous game showed. Hindsight is 20/20. However, if you really dug deep into this contest, you’d see that the Rams lost Robert Woods a few days before game day, OBJ had only two or three practices, and they have no running game to speak of. Of course, the Niners were going to limit them on offense because they simply did not have proper personnel or prep for this game. Let’s take a deeper look into this week’s contest between the Giants and Buccaneers.

Monday Night Football Predictions Week 9: Chicago Bears at Pittsburgh Steelers
by Chris Vasile - 11/5/2021
While it wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing Monday Night football game I’ve ever seen, last week’s game between the Kansas City Chiefs and New York Giants was a very riveting game. The Giants held their own against the vaunted Chiefs and ultimately fell short by a field goal in the dying minute. However, there is a saying in the betting industry that goes, “good teams win, great teams cover”. I never for a second wavered in my belief that the Giants couldn’t cover the ridiculous 10-point spread. It was far too high, and we were all over it. I’m expecting a similar result this week with my Monday Night Football selection.

Monday Night Football Predictions Week 8: New York Giants at Kansas City Chiefs
by Chris Vasile - 10/29/2021
If you were hoping for a good game last week when the Saints took on the Seahawks, you were in for a rude awakening. The game was brutal for everyone involved, excluding those who had bet on the correct number of punts in the game, which seemed to me like it was at least 25. This game might be better, but I’m just not sure we can get our hopes up as both the Giants and Chiefs have major issues coming into this contest.

Monday Night Football Predictions Week 7: New Orleans Saints at Seattle Seahawks
by Chris Vasile - 10/22/2021
If this week’s Monday night showdown between the New Orleans Saints and Seattle Seahawks is even half as good as last week’s contest between Buffalo and Tennessee, I will be a very happy football fan. Last week, we were treated to one of the games of the year, and I fully back the decision to go for it on fourth-and-inches instead of kicking the field goal to tie the game. You play to win the game. And if you ran that play another nine times, Allen would get that half yard each and every time. In terms of this week, while the drama and storylines prior to kick-off may not be there, I expect one side to come out and dominate this game for the full 60-minutes.

Monday Night Football Predictions Week 6: Buffalo Bills at Tennessee Titans
by Chris Vasile - 10/15/2021
Through five weeks of Monday Night Football, we’ve been treated to some awesome games. You had the Week 1 contest between Baltimore/Vegas, the Week 3 matchup between Philadelphia/Dallas, the Week 4 meeting between Vegas and the LA Chargers and then last week’s game between Baltimore and Indianapolis. The common theme among these four games is that there was a boatload of points scored and fireworks from the opening kick-off. Last week was no exception, as Baltimore erased a big deficit to win in overtime.

by Guy Bruhn - 10/12/2021
Nissan Stadium is where the Tennessee Titans (3-2) will attempt to defeat the Buffalo Bills (4-1) on Monday. Tennessee opens as 6-point dogs. The total has been set at 50.5. This matchup report includes betting lines and our NFL pick of the day for this game.
Monday Night Football Predictions Week 5: Indianapolis Colts at Baltimore Ravens
by Chris Vasile - 10/8/2021
I’ve been around the game of football long enough to know that when any iteration of the Raiders is involved, things tend to get weird. We saw that in Week 1’s thriller vs Baltimore, and we saw it again last week vs the Chargers. The game was delayed due to lightning, which makes sense because player safety comes before anything else in the NFL (that’s a joke).
Monday Night Football Predictions Week 4: Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers
by Chris Vasile - 10/2/2021
Last Monday’s game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys was over before it even began. The Cowboys jumped out to an early lead and never looked back. The only people interested in the final score of the contest were those that made live in-game wagers. I’ll give credit where it’s due, though. The Cowboys played extremely well, and the Eagles are who we thought they were, and that is not a very good team. I have a feeling that this week’s Monday night contest between the Raiders and Chargers is going to be electric and filled with twists and turns for the entire 60 minutes.
Monday Night Football Predictions Week 3: Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys
by Chris Vasile - 9/24/2021
It wasn’t pretty, but a football game in which one player scores four touchdowns should be remembered for a very long time. Hats off to Aaron Jones for finding paydirt four times on Monday night against the Lions, and hats off to anyone who stayed up and watched the actual ending of the game. You know exactly who I’m talking about – it was fantasy football fans and bettors who had their point-spread wagers teetering in the balance with a possible back-door cover by the Lions.
Monday Night Football Predictions Week 2: Detroit Lions at Green Bay Packers
by Chris Vasile - 9/18/2021
I don’t think the NFL could have scripted a better Week 1 game if it hired Martin Scorsese to work on it as a feature film. The NFL made its debut in Vegas – with fans – and the place was absolutely rocking. The Ravens and Raiders traded blows, and the Raiders even prematurely celebrated what they thought was a game-winning touchdown. At the end of the night, the Raiders got their first home win in front of the home crowd, and with it kicked off another year of Monday Night Football.
Monday Night Football Predictions Week 1: Baltimore at Las Vegas
by Gary Patrick Garry - 9/10/2021
The first Monday Night Football game of 2021 will feature the Las Vegas Raiders hosting the Baltimore Ravens. Last year was the inaugural season for the Raiders in Vegas, and brand-new Allegiant Stadium was empty because of COVID-19 precautions.
