On Saturday night, the Columbus Blue Jackets will be going for their third win in a row when they visit the Arizona Coyotes.

Last season, the Blue Jackets were able to win both of their games against the Coyotes. They shut them out 2-0 on the road in their first meeting, and then beat them again by the score of 4-3 in overtime later in the season.

Blue Jackets left wing Nick Foligno has four points in nine games against Arizona in his career, while veteran Scott Hartnell has been able to notch 10 goals and six assists in 28 games against them. Netminder Sergei Bobrovsky has only faced Columbus three times in his career, going 2-0-1 against them with one shutout, a 1.90 GAA and a .940 save percentage.

In their last game, the Coyotes had one of their worst performances of the season when they were shut out 6-0 by the Dallas Stars on the road. They were 0-for-3 on the power play in that loss and couldn't score despite putting 32 of their shots on goal.

The Coyotes have only been able to score 2.2 goals per game this season while allowing opposing offenses to score 3.2 goals per game against them. Offensively, they have been led by center Antoine Vermette, who now has a team-high 10 goals with 15 assists on the season.
