The Chicago Blackhawks take on the Anaheim Ducks on Monday in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals. Chicago tied the series at 2-2 on Saturday night. The opening line has Anaheim at -130 and Chicago at +110. The over/under has been set at 5.

Antonine Vermette showed the Blackhawks that he belonged on the ice after scoring the go ahead goal in the second overtime while being a healthy scratch in Game 3. Vermette put in a deflected shot against Frederik Andersen after being denied on his first shot. Brandon Saad scored a goal and had two assists for the Blackhawks, and captain Jonathan Toews had a goal and an assist. Patrick Kane put the puck in the net for the second straight game, and Corey Crawford finished with 47 saves; all of which helped the Blackhawks stay alive when the Ducks had a big push in the first extra session.

It got scary for the Blackhawks in the third after being up a goal when Ryan Kesler, Corey Perry and Matt Beleskey scored for Anaheim in a 37-second stretch to put the Ducks up one. Fortunately for Chicago, Patrick Kane tied the game back up with a power play goal at the 12:39 mark to send the game to overtime before Vermette ended the game in the second OT.
