On Sunday night, the Winnipeg Jets will go on the road to take on the Chicago Blackhawks in an early-season Central Division matchup.

The Blackhawks and the Jets played each other four times last season, with Chicago winning three out of the four games. Not only did the Blackhawks win those games, they dominated by a combined score of 16-8. They won each of the first three games of that season series by at least three goals, but Winnipeg did get the last laugh by winning their January matchup 3-1 at home.

Jets left wing Evander Kane has played in six games against the Blackhawks in his career and has two goals and two assists. Defenseman Toby Enstrom has two goals, four assists and a minus-4 against Chicago in nine career games. Goaltender Ondrej Pavelec has had a tough time against the Blackhawks in his career, going 0-3-2 with a 4.61 GAA and a .867 save percentage.

Blackhawks center Jonathan Toews has done well in his nine games against the Jets by scoring five goals and assisting on seven others. Patrick Sharp has five goals and seven assists against them in 15 games, while veteran defenseman Duncan Keith has one goal, five assists and a plus/minus of +9 against them. Netminder Corey Crawford has faced Winnipeg four times and is 3-1-0 against them with a solid 1.76 GAA and a .928 save percentage.
