Sunday night, the Toronto Maple Leafs will visit the United Center to face the Chicago Blackhawks.

The Toronto Maple Leafs will start a 7 game road trip in Chicago on Sunday after hosting the Philadelphia Flyers at the Air Canada Centre on Saturday night. A seven game road trip can weigh on a team and having to start that trip after a game the night before will certainly affect the energy level of the Maple Leafs. But Toronto has been on fire in their last few games and if they can manage their stamina against Philadelphia, they will be in good shape against a Chicago team that they beat once already back on November 1st. And with Chicago playing on Saturday as well, fatigue might be a big factor for both clubs.

The Chicago Blackhawks have been one of the best teams in the NHL in recent weeks and they will try to keep the good times rolling as they face the Maple Leafs. But Chicago will have to come into this game after a Saturday night game against the Columbus Blue Jackets in Columbus at the Nationwide Arena. The road has been very friendly to the Blackhawks this season but Columbus have been a very good team in recent games too. If Columbus forces Chicago to play a tough game on Saturday, the Blackhawks could be a little too tired to put up a big fight against the Maple Leafs.
