On Sunday, the Tampa Bay Lightning will be going on the road to take on the Detroit Red Wings in an Atlantic Division matchup.

During the regular season last year, the Lightning and the Red Wings split their two games against each other. Tampa Bay won their first matchup 4-2 on the road, then the Lightning picked up a road win of their own by beating Detroit 5-2.

The Lightning have one of the best scoring teams in the league this season thanks in large part to their solid power play. Star center Steven Stamkos has only faced Detroit six times in his career and has two goals with one assist against them. Goalie Ben Bishop is 4-1-0 against the Red Wings with a solid 1.47 save percentage.

The Red Wings snapped their three-game losing streak on Friday when they beat the New Jersey Devils 4-2 at home. Their power play was solid in that win, scoring a goal on two of their four chances with the extra man.

Through 14 games, the Red Wings have the third-best penalty kill by killing off 89.6 percent of the power plays they've faced. Veteran Henrik Zetterberg has scored four goals this season and leads the team with 16 points. Goaltender Jimmy Howard has made 11 starts and is 6-2-3 with a 1.96 GAA and a .925 save percentage.
