The Nashville Predators will visit the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday night in a game between two teams that have had solid starts to the season.

The Blackhawks dominated the season series with the Predators during the 2013-14 season. In five games, Chicago won four of them by a combined score of 20-12. The Predators won the second game of that season series at home, but then they lost the last three.

Predators defenseman Shea Weber has 13 goals and 13 assists in 49 games played against the Blackhawks, but he also has a minus-4 against them. Netminder Pekka Rinne is 13-10-3 against Chicago in his career with a .917 save percentage and a 2.53 GAA.

On Wednesday night, the Blackhawks put 50 shots on goal against the Calgary Flames, but they still ended up taking a 2-1 overtime loss. They were able to score a power play goal in that game, but that was the only one they converted in seven chances with the extra man.

Blackhawks left wing Patrick Sharp leads the team with four points after scoring two goals and assisting on two others in the team's first three games. Veteran defenseman Duncan Keith has two goals with one assist and has a plus/minus of -1. Goaltender Corey Crawford has been solid in net so far by going 2-0-1 with a 1.90 GAA and a .920 save percentage.
