The Montreal Canadiens and the Boston Bruins were able to put plenty of shots on goal throughout their Game 4 matchup, but the only one that got across the line was an overtime goal by Bruins' youngster Matt Fraser. With that goal, the Bruins were able to tie up the series at two wins apiece going into Saturday's game in Boston.

The Bruins and the Canadiens hadn't had a single scoreless period in their series before Game 4. The goaltending was able to shine in this one, though, and it wasn't until the 67th shot on goal was attempted that either of the netminders were beaten.

Matt Fraser scored the overtime winner 1:19 into the extra period off of assists by Carl Soderberg and Johnny Boychuk. Boychuk shot from the point and Fraser controlled the rebound and then beat Canadiens' goalie Carey Price to win the game for the visitors.

Fraser only played in 14 games during the regular season and was playing in the first playoff game of his career after being called up on Wednesday.

Bruins netminder Tuukka Rask stepped up and had a huge game for the Bruins to keep them in the game throughout. He ended up with 33 saves on the night, including 14 in the third period alone.

Carey Price did give up the winner, but he was also solid in net for the Canadiens by stopping 34 of the Bruins' 35 shots.
