On Saturday, the Florida Panthers will be playing in the final game of their three-game road trip when they visit the Buffalo Sabres.

The Panthers and the Sabres have already played each other twice this year, with the Panthers winning both games. They picked up a shutout in Buffalo in the first game, then defeated them against by the score of 3-2 last Saturday.

Panthers goalie Roberto Luongo has faced Buffalo 21 times in his career, going 12-6-2 with a solid .940 save percentage and a 1.84 GAA. Center Jussi Jokinen has three goals and 12 points in his 31 games against the Sabres, while right wing Brad Boyes has been able to accumulate 17 points from his 28 career games against them.

On Thursday night, the Sabres won their second straight game when they beat the Calgary Flames 4-3 at home. They were able to win that game despite being badly outshot 45-19 by the Flames.

So far this season, the Sabres have been one of the worst defensive teams in the league by giving up around three goals per game. Their top offensive player has been center Tyler Ennis, who has notched eight goals and 12 assists in 29 games this season. Netminder Jhonas Enroth has only been able to win eight of his 19 games this year and has a .919 save percentage.
