The Dallas Stars will be going on the road on Saturday night to face the Minnesota Wild in a game that will feature two of the better offenses in the league.

In their four games against each other during the 2013-14 season, the Stars beat the Wild twice in regulation, and Minnesota had one regulation win and one overtime win. The Wild picked up the first two games of the series by a combined score of 8-3, but the Stars were able to win the final two by the same combined score.

The Wild were able to score two third period goals to send their game against the San Jose Sharks into overtime, and they eventually won 4-3 in the shootout. They only had one power play opportunity in that game, but they still outshot the Sharks 36-28 on the night. Center Kyle Brodziak was the first star in the game with two goals and plus/minus of +2.

Through nine games, the Wild have been able to score 3.4 goals per game. Left wing Jason Zucker has been able to score a team-high five goals and he is second on the team with seven points. Veteran left wing Zach Parise has four goals, four assists and a plus/minus of +5. In seven starts, goaltender Darcy Kuemper has a 5-2-0 record with three shutouts and a solid 1.71 GAA.
