The Anaheim Ducks last played the Los Angeles Kings on January 25th in Los Angeles.  The game was played outdoors at Dodger Stadium and it didn't look as if the Kings were big fans of playing outdoors on this night based on their performance.  The Ducks beat the Kings 3-0.  There was a huge turnout for the outdoor game and there were more Kings fans in the stands than Duck fans, but the Kings fans were about to be disappointed in their teams showing.

Anaheim took a quick 2-0 lead in the first period and never let the Kings catch up.  The Anaheim Ducks scored again in the third period after the Kings had pulled their goalie and the game ended 3-0.  The Kings are a much improved team than when these two teams met up on January 25th. The Ducks currently sit at the number one spot in their division and are just two points ahead of San Jose.  The Kings are eleven points behind the Ducks and are currently on an eight game winning streak as of this writing.
