It wasn't that long ago that the Ducks had their fate in their own hands as they held onto the top seed in the Western Conference. A slight slump and strong play by the Blues has dropped Anaheim down to the 3 seed where they're tied with Chicago. The Ducks have clinched their playoff appearance but would still love to turn things around before the postseason begins. Edmonton has been mathematically eliminated and has recently started their vacation even with 9 games to go.
