Maybe it's just me, but it feels a hell of a lot better when the Oakland Raiders are relevant in the NFL for the right reasons. That was one hell of a game last night, and you could just feel the atmosphere through the TV as Oakland played just their second home game in what must have seemed like 10 years to them. Wow, my condolences if you happened to get a total of 48.5 for the Monday night Week 9 game between the Cowboys and Giants from MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. The under looked like a sure winner with Dallas up 30-18 in the final seconds, but then the Cowboys sacked Giants turnover-prone rookie quarterback Daniel Jones, the ball squirted away about 10 yards and Dallas' Jourdan Lewis came away with it and returned it 63 yards for a touchdown.

That said, I'm not so sure about Bengals owner Mike Brown, who really didn't do anything to deserve ownership of an NFL franchise other than be the son of the late Paul Brown, who founded the Bengals, then an American Football League team, in 1968.
