Raymond James Stadium in Tampa

The hopeless St. Louis Rams will travel to Raymond James Stadium to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Rams, without Sam Bradford who tore his ACL in preseason, will look to rebound from their 34-6 thrashing at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings, while the Buccaneers will look to avoid a 0-2 start after they lost their opener to the Carolina Panthers, 20-14.
Starting at quarterback for the Rams in the opener was Austin Davis, the second-year player from Southern Mississippi. He didn't play terribly in his National Football League debut, but he also didn't do enough to win against a team that isn't known for having a remarkable defense. Austin threw for 192 yards and 1 interception, finishing with a 76.7 QB rating. On the ground, Zac Stacy, another second-year player, finished with just 43 yards on 11 carries. Playing from behind most of the game, the Rams couldn't get the former Vanderbilt enough carries to get any momentum. Austin had the most success last week throwing to Brian Quick and will look to get him more than the 7 receptions, 99 yards he reached.
Tampa Bay played a closer game than the Rams last week, but they couldn't do enough to beat their division rival. Josh McCown got the start and finished the game with a 71.5 QB rating after throwing for 183 yards with 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. The team got absolutely no rushing attack aside from a single 54 yard carry from Jorvoskie Lane. The rest of the team ran for 48 yards on 16 carries. To show how weak their offense was, Brandon Myers led the way with 6 receptions for just 41 yards and Mike Evans added 5 receptions for 37 yards.
