On Monday night, the Seattle Seahawks (2-1) will visit the Washington Redskins (1-3) in a game that will feature two of the better rushing teams in the NFC.

The Seahawks were able to pick up their second win of the year two weeks ago when they beat the Denver Broncos 26-20 at home. Seattle only had one sack in that game but they were able to hold the Broncos to just 36 rushing yards.

So far this season, the Seahawks have depended heavily on the run and are third in the NFL with 148 rushing yards per game. Running back Marshawn Lynch has 234 yards through three games with three touchdowns. Quarterback Russell Wilson has thrown for 203 yards per game with six touchdowns and just one interception.

The Redskins had no answer for the New York Giants' offense last Sunday and were blown out 45-14 on their home field. Washington gave up 449 total yards in that loss and their offense ended up turning the ball over six times.

The Redskins have struggled early on this season, but they do have the fourth-best passing attack with 292.3 passing yards per game. Linebacker Ryan Kerrigan has 11 tackles with one forced fumble this season and is tied for first in the NFL with five sacks. Quarterback Kirk Cousins has thrown for 934 yards with six touchdown passes, but he has also been picked off five times.
