The Seattle Seahawks (7-4), who have won four out of their last five games, will go on the road on Thursday night to take on the San Francisco 49ers (7-4). The Seahawks and the 49ers split their two-game regular season series against each other in 2013.

The Seahawks played excellent defense against the Arizona Cardinals last Sunday and came away with a 19-3 home win. They held Arizona to only 204 total yards in that win, including just 64 yards on the ground.

Through 11 games, the Seahawks have given up just 296.8 yards per game while only allowing opponents to score 19.8 points per game against them. Quarterback Russell Wilson has thrown for 2,230 yards this season with 14 touchdown passes and just five picks. Running back Marshawn Lynch has 852 rushing yards so far this year with a team-best nine touchdowns/

Last weekend, the 49ers won their third game in a row when they edged the Washington Redskins 17-13 at home. They did turn the ball over three times in that win, but their defense did a great job to hold the Redskins to just 213 total yards.

The 49ers have one of the best pass defenses in the league this season, allowing just 207.2 passing yards per game. Quarterback Colin Kaepernick has completed 61.7 percent of his passes this year for 2,615 yards, 15 touchdowns and only six interceptions.
