The defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks will travel to Qualcomm Stadium to take on the San Diego Chargers. The Seahawks won the opening game last Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers, winning 36-16. On the other hand, the Chargers lost the final game of week 1 to the Arizona Cardinals, 18-17.

By now, the football world knows exactly what they will get from the Seahawks. They are led by one of the top young quarterbacks in the sport in Russell Wilson, who ate up the Green Bay defense for 191 yards and 2 touchdowns. He finished the game with a 110.9 QB rating and will look to do more of the same against the Chargers. One of his biggest weapons will be Percy Harvin, who had 7 catches in 7 targets for 59 yards. He was their biggest weapon in the passing game that also includes Zach Miller and Doug Baldwin. Marshawn Lynch finished the opening game with 110 yards and 2 touchdowns.

For the Chargers, week 2 is as crucial of a week 2 game as there is in the National Football League this season. With the Denver Broncos in the division, the Chargers simply can't afford to fall to 0-2. They will be led in this game and throughout the season by their quarterback, Phillip Rivers. He didn't have a great opener, throwing for 238 yards with a touchdown and interception, finishing with a 75.9 QB rating. He could struggle more against the tougher Seattle defense and will rely on Antonio Gates, Ryan Matthews, Malcom Floyd, and Keenan Allen more. Matthews combined for just 60 yards on the ground and in the air, struggling against the Cardinals. Gates led the way in the opener, making 6 catches for 81 yards.
