The Seattle Seahawks (10-4) will be taking on the Arizona Cardinals (11-3) on Sunday night in a game between the top two teams from the NFC West. In their Week 12 matchup, the Seahawks were able to defeat the Cardinals 19-3 at home.

The Seahawks won their fourth consecutive game last Sunday when they defeated the San Francisco 49ers 17-7 at home. Their defense held the 49ers to just 245 yards in that game, including only 105 yards through the air.

Through their first 14 games, the Seahawks have the top rushing attack in the league by averaging 168.8 yards per game on the ground. Quarterback Russell Wilson has thrown for 2,897 yards, rushed for 754 yards, and accounted for 23 of the team's touchdowns this season. Running back Marshawn Lynch is having another good year by rushing for 1,133 yards with 10 scores.

Last Thursday night, the Cardinals were able to edge the St. Louis Rams 12-6 on the road for their second win in a row. Their offense had problems moving the ball in that win, but their defense did well to hold the Rams to just 280 total yards.

The Cardinals are only giving up 90.4 rushing yards per game so far this season and just 17.4 points per game. Wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald leads the team with 57 receptions and 722 receiving yards this season, but he has only scored two touchdowns.
