The Pittsburgh Steelers (6-3) will go on the road on Sunday afternoon to face the New York Jets (1-8), who have lost eight games in a row. In 2013, the Steelers beat the Jets 19-6 on the road.

Last Sunday, the Steelers won their third straight game when they blew out the Baltimore Ravens 43-23 at home. They outgained the Ravens 376-332 in that win and their defense was able to force two turnovers.

Through nine games, the Steelers are third in the NFL in passing with 413.6 passing yards per game. Veteran quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is second in the league with a 110.6 passer rating by throwing for 2,720 yards with 22 touchdowns and just three interceptions. Running back Le'Veon Bell has averaged 4.7 yards per carry and has 711 yards with one score.

The Jets were held scoreless in three out of four quarters in their matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs last Sunday and lost 24-10. They didn't have any turnovers in the game, but they were just 4-for-12 on their third down opportunities.

The Jets have struggled to get into the end zone this season, scoring just 17.1 points per game against their opponents. Their best offensive player has been running back Chris Ivory, who has 497 rushing yards with five touchdowns. Wide receiver Eric Decker has caught 40 passes this season for 426 yards and four touchdowns.
