The Philadelphia Eagles (8-3) and the Dallas Cowboys (8-3) will battle it out for the top spot in the NFC East when they play each other on Thanksgiving. Last year, the Eagles and the Cowboys each picked up a road win from their two games against each other.

The Eagles have now won three out of their last four games after defeating the Tennessee Titans 43-24 at home last Sunday. They had 462 yards of offense in that win and they were able to convert on 10 of their 19 third down opportunities.

So far this season, the Eagles have been one of the top scoring teams in the league by averaging 31.1 points per game. Running back Darren Sproles has only rushed for 282 yards this season, but he has averaged 6.4 yards per carry and has a team-high five rushing touchdowns.

In their last game, the Cowboys picked up their second win in a row when they beat the New York Giants 31-28 on the road. They were 11-for-16 on their third down chances in that win, and they only ended up turning the ball over once.

The Cowboys currently have the second-best rushing team in the NFL by rushing for 150.1 yards per game. DeMarco Murray has led the rushing attack by gaining 1.354 yards on the ground with seven scores. Quarterback Tony Romo has completed 68.8 percent of his passes this season for 2,519 yards, 22 touchdowns and only six interceptions.
