The New York Jets (1-3) will be hoping that they can snap their three-game losing streak on Sunday afternoon when they take on the tough passing attack of the San Diego Chargers (3-1).

Last Sunday, the Jets lost their third game in a row when they were beaten 24-17 at home by the Detroit Lions. In that game, the Jets only passed for 204 yards and their defense couldn't force any turnovers.

Despite their struggles, the Jets are currently second in the league in rushing with 151.3 yards per game. Quarterback Geno Smith has completed 60.3 percent of his passes and has 215.8 passing yards per game with four touchdowns and five interceptions. Linebacker Demario Davis has been the leader of the defensive unit this season and has 19 tackles with 2.5 sacks.

San Diego won their third straight game on Sunday when they beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 33-14 at home. The Chargers had 407 total yards in that win and they went the entire game without turning the ball over.

The Chargers have had a hard time running the ball this year, but they do have the fifth-best passing attack with 282.3 passing yards per game. Quarterback Philip Rivers has completed 70.1 percent of his passes and has thrown nine touchdowns with just one interception. Receiver Eddie Royal has caught 17 passes for 236 yards with four touchdowns.
