The New Orleans Saints (4-7) will be going on the on Sunday afternoon to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4) in a game between two of the better passing teams in the NFL. The Saints are in first place in the NFC South right now, while Pittsburgh is in second in the AFC North.

The Saints lost their third straight game on Monday night when they were beaten 34-27 by the Baltimore Ravens. In that loss, they gained 525 yards on offense, but their defense allowed the Saints to rush for 215 yards.

So far this year, the Saints have allowed opposing offenses to gain 377.1 yards per game against them, and they have given up 26 points per game. Veteran quarterback Drew Brees has thrown for 3,491 yards this year with 22 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Running back Mark Ingram is averaging 4.3 yards per carry and has 645 yards with six touchdowns.

The Steelers have now won four out of their last five games after defeating the Tennessee Titans 27-24 on the road. They were 7-for-13 on their third down chances in that win, and they ended up rushing for 206 yards.

Through their first 11 games, the Steelers are in the top 10 in scoring by averaging 26.2 points per game. Ben Roethlisberger has quietly been one of the best quarterbacks in the league by throwing for 3,270 yards with 24 touchdowns and only six interceptions.
