The Minnesota Vikings (6-8) and the Miami Dolphins (7-7) will play each other on Sunday afternoon in a must-win game for both teams. The Vikings are currently in third place in the NFC North, while the Dolphins are third in the AFC East.

In their last game, Minnesota had their two-game winning streak come to an end when the Detroit Lions defeated them 16-14 on the road. The Vikings turned the ball over twice in that loss and only ended up with 76 rushing yards.

The Vikings are only gaining 312.9 total yard per game this season and are scoring just less than 20 points per game. Since taking over as the team's starting quarterback, rookie Teddy Bridgewater has thrown for 2,451 yards with 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Veteran wide receiver Greg Jennings has caught 53 passes for 641 yards and five scores.

The Dolphins have now lost three out of their last four games after being blown out 41-13 by the New England Patriots on the road last Sunday. They were not good on third down in that game, converting on just three of their 16 chances.

Through 14 games, the Dolphins have one of the best defenses against the pass by giving up just 209.2 passing yards per game. Quarterback Ryan Tannehill has had a pretty good season by throwing for 3,390 yards with 22 touchdown passes and 11 interceptions.
