The Detroit Lions (11-4) and the Green Bay Packers (11-4) will play each other for the NFC North title on Sunday afternoon. Early this season, the Lions beat the Packers 19-17 in Detroit.

The Lions won their fourth consecutive game on Sunday when they went on the road to beat the Chicago Bears 20-14 on the road. Their defense held the Bears to only 234 total yards in that game, including just 64 yards on the ground.

Through their first 15 games, the Lions have the top defense against the run by giving up just 63.8 rushing yards per game. In his first season with Detroit, wide receiver Golden Tate has caught a team-high 96 passes for 1,286 yards and four touchdowns. Quarterback Matthew Stafford has 4,040 passing yards on the year with 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions.

The Packers relied on their defense in their game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday and came away with a 20-3 road win. They held the Bucs to just 109 total yards in that game while only allowing them to convert on four of their 14 third down chances.

So far this season, the Packers are second in the NFL in scoring with over 30 points scored per game. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been one of the best quarterbacks in the league again this season by passing for 4,155 yards with 36 touchdowns and only five interceptions.
