On Sunday afternoon, the Denver Broncos (3-1) will take on the New York Jets (1-4), who currently have the worst passing attack in the NFL.

The Broncos scored 17 fourth-quarter points against the Arizona Cardinals last Sunday to seal their 41-20 home win. Denver had 476 passing yards in that game and held the Cardinals to just 215 total yards.

Denver's defense is one of the best against the rush after giving up just 88.3 rushing yards per game in their first four games. Veteran quarterback Peyton Manning has thrown for 1,293 yards through five games and he has 12 touchdown passes with just three interceptions. Manning's top target has been tight end Julius Thomas, who has 20 catches for 226 yards and a league-leading seven touchdowns.

On Sunday, the Jets lost their fourth game in a row when they were shut out 31-0 by the San Diego Chargers on the road. The Jets were only able to gain 151 total yards in that loss, including just 60 yards through the air.

The Jets have one of the better rushing teams in the league right now, but they are dead last in passing yards. Second-year quarterback Geno Smith has thrown for 949 yards this season with four touchdowns and six interceptions. Running back Chris Ivory has averaged 5.4 yards per carry for 318 yards and two touchdowns.
