On Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys (4-1) and their tough rushing attack will face the top rushing defense of the Seattle Seahawks (3-1).

In their last game, the Cowboys were able to win their fourth consecutive game when they beat the Houston Texans 20-17 in overtime. Dallas turned the ball over three times in that game, but they also outgained the Texans 456-330.

The one thing the Cowboys really need to work on is their rush defense, which is currently 20th in the NFL. Dallas' top offensive contributor this season has been running back DeMarco Murray, who leads the league with 670 rushing yards and he has scored five touchdowns. Quarterback Tony Romo has passed for 1,260 yards in five games with nine touchdowns and five interceptions.

The Seahawks moved to the top of the NFC West with their 27-17 win over the Washington Redskins on Monday night. They had 225 rushing yards in that victory and they didn't turn the ball over in the game.

The Seahawks currently have the number one rushing team in the NFL by averaging 167.3 yards per game. Quarterback Russell Wilson has thrown for 852 yards with eight touchdowns and just one interception this season, and he also has 209 rushing yards with one more score. Marshawn Lynch has 306 yards and three touchdowns and he has averaged 4.4 yards per carry.
