The Carolina Panthers (3-2) will try to get more out of their rushing game on Sunday afternoon when they take on the Cincinnati Bengals (3-1).

Last Sunday, the Panthers forced four turnovers in their game against the Chicago Bears and ended up winning 31-24. The difference in the game came on a 79-yard punt return for a touchdown by Philly Brown in the first quarter.

The Panthers are 30th in the league in rushing right now with just 74.8 yards per game. Quarterback Cam Newton has passed for 983 yards in four games this season with five touchdowns and one interception. Middle linebacker Luke Kuechly currently leads the NFL in tackles with 61, and he also has a sack and a forced fumble.

The Bengals ended up losing their first game of the season on Sunday when they were blown out 43-17 by the New England Patriots. Their defense gave up 505 total yards in that loss and their offense turned the ball over three times.

The Bengals have the sixth-best defense in the league after giving up 19 points per game through four games. Quarterback Andy Dalton has an excellent 100.3 passer rating this season by completing 64.8 percent of his passes with four touchdowns and just one interception. Running back Giovani Bernard has 247 yards and three touchdowns this season, but he is only averaging 3.6 yards per carry.
