The Atlanta Falcons (5-9) will attempt to snap their two-game losing skid on Sunday afternoon when they take on the New Orleans Saints (6-8). The Falcons defeated the Saints 37-34 in overtime in both teams' opening game of the season.

The Falcons lost their second game in a row last Sunday when the Pittsburgh Steelers beat them 27-20 in Atlanta. The Falcons gave up 353 passing yards in that loss and weren't able to force any Pittsburgh turnovers.

So far this year, the Falcons have averaged 382.9 yards per game and are scoring nearly 25 points per game against their opponents. Quarterback Matt Ryan has a good 96 passer rating this year by throwing for 4,112 yards with 27 touchdowns and just 12 interceptions. Ryan's top receiver has been Julio Jones, who has 93 receptions for 1,428 yards and six scores.

The Saints held the Chicago Bears scoreless in the first half of their game on Monday night and rolled to a 31-15 road win. They forced Chicago into committing three turnovers in that win and outgained them 443-278.

Through 14 games, the Saints are in the top 10 in most offensive categories, but their defense has given up nearly 27 points per game. Quarterback Drew Brees is having another good year by completing 70 percent of his passes for 4,358 yards with 31 touchdowns and only 12 interceptions.
