The Arizona Cardinals (11-4) will be going on the road on Sunday afternoon to take on the San Francisco 49ers (7-8) in both teams' final regular season game. In their Week 3 meeting, the Cardinals defeated the 49ers 23-14 at home.

Last Sunday, the Cardinals sat some of their starters and were blown out 35-6 by the Seattle Seahawks at home. Their defense had no answers for Seattle's offense, giving up a whopping 596 total yards.

Arizona's offense hasn't scored many points this season, but their defense has made up for that by holding opponents to just 18.6 points per game. Veteran wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald has caught a team-high 61 passes this season for 755 yards, but he has only been able to catch two touchdown passes.

The 49ers lost their fourth game in a row last weekend when the San Diego Chargers came into town and beat them 38-35 in overtime. The 49ers did have 355 rushing yards in that game, but they also ended up turning the ball over three times.

Through 15 games, the 49ers have only been able to average 191.6 passing yards per game, which places them near the bottom of the league in that category. Quarterback Colin Kaepernick has had a disappointing season passing the ball, throwing for 3,165 yards, 17 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Running back Frank Gore has rushed for 962 yards and four touchdowns this year.
