On Sunday, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons will be looking to use their size advantage when they face the Richmond Spiders. Last season, the Demon Decons were able to defeat the Spiders 76-66 in overtime at home.

Wake Forest played an excellent first half against Bucknell last Monday, which helped them pull off the 60-53 home win. Their defense forced 16 turnovers in that win and held Bucknell to a low 28.6 field goal percentage.

So far this season, the Demon Deacons are near the top of the country in steals with 8.1 per game. Junior forward Devin Thomas has been Wake Forest's top all-around player by averaging 10.8 points and a team-high 9.4 rebounds per game.

Last Tuesday, Richmond won their fourth game in a row when they beat IUPUI 57-53 at home. They made 10 of their 18 three-point attempts in that win and only ended up turning the ball over eight times.

Through 11 games this year, the Spiders are one of the worst rebounding teams in the nation by grabbing just 28.4 boards per game. Senior guard Kendall Anthony is Richmond's top scorer this season by averaging 14.8 points per game, and he is only turning the ball over 1.5 times per game. Junior forward Terry Allen has been able to score 10.5 points per game while making 51.2 percent of his shots.
