Two great college basketball programs are slated to tip off at Rupp Arena Friday night. Rick Barnes will take his Texas Longhorns team up against John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats. Texas is unbeaten on the season, winning six out of their 7 by double figures. The Longhorns are coming off a win over UT-Arlington. For Kentucky, they have been rolling opponents, including Kansas on November 18th in Indianapolis.

The top scorer for Rick Barnes’ team has been Isaiah Taylor, with 15 per game. In the most recent win over UT-Arlington, freshman Myles Turner scored 18 points, and Jonathan Holmes ripped down a season high 16 rebounds.
