On Monday night, the Texas Southern Tigers will be huge underdogs when they go on the road to take on the high-scoring Indiana Hoosiers.

In their game against Eastern Washington on Friday night, Texas Southern made just 18 of their 60 shots and ended up losing 86-62 in the road. They were just 4-for-25 from beyond the arc in that loss, and they finished the game with 14 turnovers.

Tigers guard Tonnie Collier came off of the bench to lead the team in scoring in that game against Eastern Washington, finishing with 23 points and six rebounds. Guard Deverell Biggs also had a solid performance by scoring eight points, grabbing eight rebounds and also coming up with two steals in the losing effort.

Indiana scored more points than anyone else in the nation on Friday when they blew out Miss Valley State 116-65. They did have 19 turnovers in that game, but they made up for it by making 66.1 percent of their shots. Their defense was also solid in that game, allowing Miss Valley State to make just 34 percent of their field goal attempts.

Hoosiers forward Max Hoetzel came off of the bench in that win on Friday to contribute 19 points and nine rebounds. Freshman guard James Blackmon Jr. was very good in his first college game by finishing with a game-high 25 points with four boards.
