Two former Big 12 rivals will get together on Tuesday night at the Ferrell Center in Waco Texas. The Texas A&M Aggies and Baylor Bears will tip-off in a bout between two teams with just a single loss. Texas A&M is 6-1 overall, but have yet to play a true road game all season. The Aggies are coming off a 1 point win over the Arizona State Sun Devils. For Baylor, their lone loss came to Illinois on November 28th. The Bears are 7-1 overall.

Baylor is scoring 67.8 points per game, anchored by Taurean Prince’s 13.7 per game. The Bears are coming off a road win against the Vanderbilt Commodores, in which Royce O’Neal scored 22 points. Baylor has a neutral site win over Memphis on the season, and also a road win at South Carolina. The Bears before they begin their Big 12 play will not play another road game. Their next game away from home is January 3rd at Oklahoma.

For the Texas A&M Aggies, their lone loss came on November 20th in a neutral site affair against the Dayton Flyers. The Aggies have won five straight games since then. This is the final road game for the Aggies before the New Year. Texas A&M is in their second season as a member of the SEC. This season, Jalen Jones is leading the team with 12.4 points per game. In the win over Arizona State, point guard Alex Caruso scored 23 points and had 6 assists and 6 rebounds as well.
