On Friday afternoon, the Seton Hall Pirates will get to see just how good their defense is when they face the Nevada Wolf Pack. Both teams come into the game without a loss.

Seton Hall played excellent defense in their game opener against Mercer on Sunday, beating them 63-47. They only shot 39.7 percent from the field as a team in that win, but they were also able to force 18 Mercer turnovers.

In that opening game, Seton Hall forward Brandon Mobley made all four of his three-point shots and finished with a team-high 19 points. Angel Delgado had a game-high 12 rebounds to go along with his eight points, while junior guard Sterling Gibbs had 17 points in the win.

Nevada won their second game of the season on Monday night by defeating Adams State 69-64. The game was much closer than most people expected it to be, mostly because Nevada turned the ball over 18 times.

Through two games, the Wolf Pack have had one of the better rebounding teams in the country by grabbing 46 boards per game. Their best player has been center AJ West, who has averaged 11.5 points, 13 rebounds and 3.5 blocks per game. Their top scorer has been sophomore guard D.J. Fenner, who has averaged 15 points, 5.5 rebounds and two steals per game so far this season.
