Two power conference foes will get together in Athens, Georgia Sunday evening. The Seton Hall Pirates will play at the Stegeman Coliseum and take on the Georgia Bulldogs. Seton Hall has been good to start the season, winning 9 of their first 10 games. The Pirates are 1-1 in games away from home this season. For Georgia, they are 5-3 overall, and 4-0 at home. The Bulldogs are part of the SEC, where Kentucky is the huge favorite.

The Georgia Bulldogs are coming off a 64-57 win over the Colorado Buffaloes. The win was their second straight, as they beat Chattanooga 86-55. The Bulldogs three losses have come at the hands of Georgia Tech, Gonzaga and Minnesota. The leading scorer for the Bulldogs so far has been Marcus Thornton, with just shy of 15 per game. In the win over Colorado, Thornton had 16 points.

Seton Hall lost on December 9th to the Wichita State Shockers. Since then, the Pirates have won games over St. Peter's and South Florida. The Pirates in the 89-69 win over South Florida saw Angel Delgado score 16 points and dish out 6 assists. The top scorer for Seton Hall has been Sterling Gibbs, with 16.6 per game. The Pirates will start Big East play on December 31st as they take on St. John's.
